1992Sømanden Otto (Brandenburg) har bugseret sit gode skib ”Julia” ind i Skilteskoven. Her nyder han freden og roen, alene med sin trofaste følgesvend, papegøjen Bounty (Søren Thorup), og ugentligt besøg af Landhandelens Karen-Marie (Karin Jagd), indtil borgmesterens datter ”Henry” (Amalie Ihle Alstrup) farer vild, og søger nattely på skibet… Duftforhandleren Viggo Velva (Axel Strøbye) har dog ikke tænkt sig, at Otto skal blive i granskoven. Han forsøger, på alle (lovlige og ulovlige) måder, at overtage skoven, for at kunne brænde den ned, så han kan bruge duften af afbrændt gran til sit nyeste projekt ”Jul på Dåse”. I bunden af skibet ”Julia”, det sted Otto kalder Sumpen, bor de tre nisser; Kogle, Multe og Stub (LINIE 3). De gør alt hvad der står i deres magt for at hjælpe Otto, Henry og Karen-Marie mod Velvas miljøfjendske planer. Og det bliver ikke lettere, da Velvas nevø, popsangeren Willy Vox (Tommy Kenter), dukker op…

1979There are real elves in the attic of the old Mayor's House. The elves do everything they can to ensure that the children Mads and Mette have a real Christmas in the Mayor's House. In the midst of the Christmas rush, they make sugar and flour disappear so that no one can bake Christmas cookies—neither the baker nor the citizens of Gammelby. The mayor is unhappy about the strange events and can only think about whether the good ship "Hope," which is supposed to bring new supplies, has been wrecked. There has been no news from the ship for several months, and the big question is whether "Hope" will return to Gammelby before Christmas. Pyrus: The Greatest Santa Clause
1997Pyrus is a young elf who lives in The Danish National Archives, where Chief Archivist Birger Bertramsen work alongside his new assistant Josefine Brahe. The young elf lives together with the old Archivist elf Gyldengrød and the elf girl Kandis, who just moved in and the. Pyrus complains that he cannot get Christmas-presents, as Santa Claus doesn't give presents to elf's. Pyrus tries to conjure him with the help of a magical book to talk to him, but unfortunately Santa Claus is already in the National Archives when he does, which results in Clause losing his memories. Now the elf's must help Clause regain his memories by visiting historical events using the books in the archive. They meeting Saint Nicholas (the predecessor of Santa Claus), La Befana (who comes bearing gifts in Italy) and the American Santa Claus.
