Join Hardeep on location, as he delves into the heart of Polish flavours in West London, Ukrainian fare in Huddersfield and Turkish delicacies in Glasgow. Then it’s back into the kitchen where John Torode cooks the recipes Hardeep has gathered. The challenge doesn’t end there; Hardeep must put his new found culinary knowledge to the test, cooking a traditional dish authentic enough to win the local communities seal of approval.
